1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of hosting and domain services provided by [COMPANY / TRADING NAME] (“Aqua Host”, “we”, “us”) via aquahost.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Aqua Host provides shared web hosting and domain name registration services. Full specifications for each hosting plan are shown on our Shared Hosting page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Use a disproportionate amount of shared server resources in a way that affects other customers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Billing and payment
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our billing system. If a payment fails, we may suspend the affected service until payment is received.
6. Money-back guarantee
New shared hosting customers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. This guarantee applies to hosting fees only and excludes domain registration fees and any setup fees, which are non-refundable once a domain has been registered or work has been carried out.
7. Domain registrations
When you register a domain through us, you are the registrant and are responsible for complying with the relevant registry’s policies (for example, Nominet for .uk domains). Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the registration has been processed.
8. Service availability
We aim to maintain [99.9%] uptime for hosting services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may cancel your services at any time from your client area.
10. Limitation of liability
